  1. Hyundai I40 Diesel in Engine Oil

Hi. How did you fix the problem with the car?
  2. Oil overfill problem

I had this problem with a skoda 2.0
  3. Not good

The mechanics didn't help to much till now. Every idea, every advice its welcome. Thanks
  4. Not good

I'm starting to think that is a problem related to the fuel or the air. Maybe the mixt is not right but the car is not smoking. All 4 injectors they're returning the same amount of fuel back. Yesterday I've found the valve of the EGR cooler stuck and I was thinking that the problem with the car but is not.
  5. Not good

This morning I was looking into the DPF right so that the amount of soot is gaining really fast After that I've been driving the car for almost 1 mile After 1 mile and a half when the regeneration started it was looking like this So in about 2 miles I had like 5.5 grams on of soot in the DPF more I didn't find nothing on the internet how many grams you should be in the DPF to start a regeneration so I don't know if it's starting when it should be or not.

I'm watching the DPF pressure sensor These are the values that I should work 10hPa = 1kPa I think here you should be 1V not 0.98V Here is 5kPa - 1.47V. It should be 10kPa - 1.35 V Here is 1.54V - 7.1kPa But I was to a DPF specialist and he measured the sensors and he said everything is ok it's working fine. Sometime the measurements there in the graphic so it's saying that the sensor is working.
  7. Not good

I've cleaned the DPF it's like new. But no difference
  8. Not good

Keep the eye on the oil level every day. The level on the oil is rising because of the regeneration. When the DPF is regenerating the car is using double the fuel, some it's getting in the sump.

Hi. What was the problem? I have a month struggling to find why I have a regeneration every 10 Miles and oil rising every day. Kia said it's a bad injector, but the injector on the banch is ok
  11. Oil overfill problem

Hi everyone. I have the same problem with the fuel in the oil on a Kia Optima 1.7crdi euro 5 for a month. The problem is that nobody can figure what's wrong with the car. 1. When I start the e engine in the morning sometime is hesitating till is starting to worm up. 2. Is regenerating every 10-12 miles. A. I've been to Kia, they said "one injector is different from others 3 need a new one " I've tested the injector on the banch and is ok. B. I've been to a DPF Specialist, they said the DPF is blocked. I've clean the DPF, it wasn't so bad it's like new one The car has no errors codes, but is still regenerating every 10 miles, the DPF pressure sensor is ok, is showing from 0 to max 30 kpa in full throttle
